Pete invited, professor of Philosophy at the University of Colorado at Boulder, Michael Huemer to the show. Micheal wrote a book entitled, "The Problem of Political Authority," in which he deftly takes apart the concept of such political "givens" as government authority, the Social Contract, Democracy and much more. Michael discusses these concepts and explains why they have no basis in reality.
